Reiki First Degree is the introductory level of Reiki. The system taught by Tara is the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System. She is the 6th person in her lineage directly from The Great Master Dr. Usui. Tara takes a very traditional approach in teaching Reiki to her students.

Reiki Second Degree helps to deepen the teachings from First Degree and enables you to be a practicing Reiki practitioner within the broader community. With all new techniques and application methods for Reiki that can be applied to yourself and those within your community. Reiki First Degree is a prerequisite for this training. Reiki Masters enables you to be a teacher of the Usui Shiki Reiki System. This is where you learn to work with others in their own unfoldment with Reiki and their healing journey.
