Tara is a passionate supporter of individuals and their growth. She has been working with the public and her community for over 15 years and is a passionate believer in supporting the individual’s growth and healing at a pace that is suited to them as she understands the deep complexities that experienced trauma can have on the individual and their healing process.  

 

Tara currently offers services in complementary therapies that take a wholeness approach towards the body, mind and soul that focuses on health, wellbeing and the individual’s journey.  She holds a duel diploma in complementary therapies and is qualified in multiple modalities which include traditional Access Bars & Body processes, Aroma Touch Technique, Bowen Therapy, Crystal Healing, Craniosacral Therapy, Esoteric Acupuncture, Holistic Counselling, Gong & Sound Therapy, Light & Esogetic Therapy, QHHT Hypnosis, Reiki Mastership, Shamanic Healing, Red Tent/Women's Circles and Tarot Reading.

Tara offers her services through a multi-levelled healing approach through her integrative sessions, which are the most popular service in the community. During these sessions she can apply and use multiple aspects of her qualifications in the one session, assisting her clients in getting the most out of their time.

Tara's clinic is settled in the small township of Nuriootpa, in the wine region of the Barossa Valley. All her sessions and trainings are held in a face-to-face setting as she is a strong believed in the importance of connecting within her community. All treatment sessions are held in a safe and respectful environment, enabling you to fully relax and get the most out of your time. The clinic also has amazing products available in house for you to browse through after your session or available through social mediums.
